Common questions
What counts as a file (processing unit)?
A CSV/XLSX file or the first 100 pages of a PDF uses one unit; pages 101-200 use a second. A blanket increase letter counts as one unit no matter how many review lines it generates from your catalog.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
New uploads pause when you reach your monthly limit. There is no metered overage or surprise bill. Upgrade for more capacity or wait for your cycle to reset. Everything already uploaded stays available to review and export.
What is the $19 single-file pass?
It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Run one supplier file through parsing, matching, checks, and human review, then export the approved update to Excel or Google Sheets. One-time purchase. How do the Prophet 21 / Eclipse exports work?
Growth and Scale generate Prophet 21 and Epicor Eclipse import files from your reviewed update. These formats remain marked as staging until they have been validated against your tenant. We do not call an import file production-ready until it has been verified with your ERP.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so you can add your purchasing and inside-sales team at no extra cost. Pricing is based on suppliers, files, and SKUs rather than seats.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. You can also switch between monthly and yearly billing; yearly saves two months.
