From file to finished update
Less rekeying. More time checking what matters.
Keep your catalog as the starting point. Bring the supplier's changes into one place your team can review. Every update eyeballed row by row in a spreadsheet is hours gone and a mispriced catalog waiting to happen.
01
Bring the new price file
Start with your item catalog and a supplier PDF, CSV or XLSX. Confirm the columns that matter.
02
Connect it to your catalog
Review proposed item matches. Save confirmed supplier mappings for the next update.
03
Check the changes
Inspect price, multiplier and pack changes. Correct extracted values and resolve uncertain matches.
04
Export what you approve
Download a reviewed spreadsheet or send it to Google Sheets. Your team decides what gets applied.
Look beyond the price column
A bigger box price can mean a lower unit cost.
Pack sizes, units and multipliers change the meaning of a number. Inspect the source and the per-each calculation before you accept the update.
The box price increased. The cost per each fell by 10%. Confirm the new pack size before approving.

Keep up with supplier price changes.
Review pipe, valve and fitting updates against your item catalog. Inspect list prices, multipliers and unit changes before they reach your price sheet.
Example: a valve’s list price stays the same, but its discount multiplier changes.
Match supplier items using their identifiers, check size differences and inspect quantity changes. Prepare reviewed CSV or Excel updates for your team.
Example: a fastener moves from a box of 10 to a box of 25.
What is a processing unit? One CSV/XLSX file or up to 100 PDF pages. A 101-200-page PDF uses two units. Uploads pause when your allowance runs out; no automatic overage charges.

A few things to know
Before your first file.
Start with a clear expectation of what goes in, what comes out and what your team still reviews.
What do I need to start?
Your current item catalog and a supplier’s updated price file. Start with stable item identifiers and a CSV or XLSX if you have one. You can explore the sample without either file or an account.
Will RowTune change prices automatically?
No. You review and approve changes before applying them to your RowTune price sheet or exporting an update. Uncertain matches need your judgment.
What if my supplier sends a PDF or an older Excel file?
PDFs use document extraction and may need corrections during review. CSV and XLSX files support column mapping. Save legacy XLS workbooks as XLSX or CSV before uploading.
Can I import the result into my ERP?
Start with reviewed CSV or Excel output. Growth includes Prophet 21 and Eclipse staging formats, but each must be checked against your tenant’s template and accepted by your ERP before production use.
Can I try it without a subscription?
Yes. The free sample shows the workflow with fictional data. A $19 one-time pass lets you process one real spreadsheet or up to 100 PDF pages. There is no recurring subscription for the pass.
What happens to my supplier files?
The sample uses fictional data and does not upload a file. When you bring a real file into RowTune, it is uploaded for processing. Relevant portions may be sent to machine-learning service providers for extraction. See the Privacy Policy for details.
